Selected teams will participate in a multi-week virtual course featuring customer discovery, product development, prototyping, and business coaching, with opportunities to work alongside food industry experts and dairy specialists. The program is open to Northeast innovators developing products using cow, goat, or sheep milk produced in the region. **Applications are open through September 16.**
